CASE SUMMARIES OF THE NATIONAL GREEN TRIBUNAL ORDERS VOL 7: SEP-OCT 2012
Centre for Environmental Law is happy to launch the Green Tribunal Digest, with the summaries and original orders of cases decided at The National Green Tribunal. This Tribunal, established under the National Green Tribunal Act, 2010, is dedicated to the effective and expeditious disposal of cases. It is a specialized body equipped with the necessary expertise to handle environmental disputes involving multi-disciplinary issues, and has earned its reputation of being a special 'fast-track' court.
