Centre for Environmental Law is happy to launch NATIONAL GREEN NEWS, with the current enviro-legal news. A clean, healthy environment is essential to the realization of the fundamental right to life, personal integrity, family life, health and development. Environment is the resource base for all lives and it needs to be protected. Immediate action is required from the Government and its various bodies, by introducing new guidelines or amending existing laws to eradicate the environmental degradation problem in our country. CHANGE is the need of the hour. This newsletter will focus on such news articles and bring them to you every month.
